Competition Terms & Conditions – $100 Fuel Card Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this competition is Augusta Motor Company.

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Augusta Motor Company and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
   The competition runs from 12 January 2026 to 31 January 2026, inclusive.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form and submit their required contact details during the competition period.
   Limit of one entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

5. Entry Rollover
   All valid entries that are not drawn as a winner on a given day will automatically be included in the next day’s draw, and will continue to roll over into subsequent daily draws until the competition closes.

6. Prize

   • The prize is one (1) $100 fuel card per daily draw.

   • The fuel card is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

   • A total of 20 prizes will be awarded across the competition period (one per day).

7. Draw Details

   • A daily draw will take place each business day from 12 January to 31 January 2026.

   • Each draw will include all valid entries received up to the day prior that have not previously won.

   • Draws will be conducted at Augusta Motor Company’s premises or nominated office. 

8. Winner Notification
   Winners are announced daily via the Magic 105.9 radio station. 
   If a winner does not collect their prize within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited. No redraw will take place.

10. Winners are required to collect the prize in person or as otherwise arranged by the promoter. Proof of identity may be required.

11. Privacy
    By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Augusta Motor Company for the purposes of conducting this competition and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Augusta Motor Company’s privacy policy.

12. General

    • Augusta Motor Company reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

    • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

    • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any fuel provider or social media platform.

    • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Augusta Motor Company. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
