Christmas Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Offer Period:
Entries open on 1/12/25 and close on 24/12/25 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. Augusta Motor Company reserves the right to close the promotion early if prize allocation is exhausted.

Entry

To enter the Promotion:

1. Visit the online entry form at augustamotorco.com.au/christmas-offer during the Promotional Period.
2. Complete all required details on the entry form and submit.
3. Upon submission, entrants will receive a confirmation email verifying their entry into the draw.
4. Entrants will visit the dealership and (subject to entry verification by sales staff) select an envelope to reveal which prize they have won. Prize will be awarded according to the contents of the selected envelope.

 

Eligibility Criteria

• Customers must be over the age of 18 and a resident of Australia to be eligible.
• Offer is not available to government or fleet buyers.

·         Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, dealerships, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

·         Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

 

Prizes

• Prizes include:

o    Ford Show bag

o    Ford gift set

o    One SMG drink bottle

o    One SMG lunch bag

o    $100 AMCO gift card

o    $200 AMCO gift card

o    $300 AMCO gift card

o    $500 AMCO gift card

• Subject to stock availability.
• Augusta Motor Company reserves the right to substitute any prize at their discretion.
• Gift cards can be put towards any spend at Augusta Motor Company, including servicing or vehicle purchase.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• Offer not valid with any other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Unless otherwise stated gift cards are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
• Prizes must be collected in-store at Augusta Motor Company. Prizes are unable to be awarded digitally or posted to recipients.
• Prizes must be collected during the promotional period.

 

Data Collection and Privacy

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that:

• Their details will be collected and stored in Augusta Motor Co’s database.
• Their information may be used by the Promoter for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes, subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

 

Liability and Contact Details

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Any technical issues, lost entries, or communication errors.
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

• Participation in this Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.
